While I am a Mac user full time, I only provide
Macintosh tech help part time. My real passion in life is graphic design.
I am co-owner
of a
design firm in Portland, Oregon (living in Las Vegas) named Fourza
Company Graphic Design.
We specialize in 100% custom, enhanced web design
and print solutions for small to medium sized businesses.
Fourza has
been operating in Portland since 1999
and Las Vegas since 2005. We have developed quite a large, dedicated
following. Fourza strives to provide small businesses with design
solutions that
larger
businesses have access to easily. A main focus includes web solutions
like custom database integration and
content management systems which allow businesses to easily manage
their website and track information through custom designed web-based
interfaces. I thoroughly enjoy every bit of time I get to spend designing
for others.
So why do I provide Mac tech help when I have such a passion for graphic
design? There is a story behind it. . .
A few years ago I was doing some shopping for
a new digital camera. I had not purchased a
digital camera before and wasn't quite sure
what I wanted. I walked into a fairly well-known
technology store and headed into the camera department. At this particular
time I
was researching the Coolpix camera line, probably the best selling
at the time. I asked the camera salesman if they carried the Coolpix.
I was then
asked
by the
salesman
"who makes that?"
I had to tell the salesman who made the camera brand that
I was researching - Nikon. From that point I knew that I needed to
share the
information I had gathered over the 10+ years of my using the Macintosh
(and through my love of technology). If a retail chain was employing
someone in a camera department who knew nothing about the product
they
were
selling,
then I could
make a real difference sharing the information I had gathered over
the years. I hope to share it with you.
